HR Kiosk 55+ - Human Resources
At KLM, we find it important that you remain happy, healthy, and well-informed during the final period of your working life. The HR Kiosk 55+ supports employees working within the ground divisions E&M, Ground Services, and Cargo from the age of 55. The HR Kiosk 55+ is also available for managers who receive questions from their employees in this age category.
What topics can we help you with?
There are various options within the KLM-schemes related to your pension. Often a maze in which we want to help you find the right direction. We are happy to support you in your decision to (partially) stop at the right time and to make use of existing (financial) schemes, such as:
- (Temporary) Early Retirement Scheme (T) RVU
- Early retirement
- Part-time work prior to retirement
Health
It is important to stay 'fit' and energetic, even after work. KLM offers various options for working on this. Often, there are so many options that it can be difficult to make the right choice. We are happy to help you find answers.
Personal development and career
If you are 55+, you still have a considerable amount of time before reaching the State Pension age. During this time, it is important to continue working on your personal development and career choices. We have the ability to provide you with advice on questions about career choices and personal development in the final phase of working life.
